Our development programme, SynchGrowth, gives all our employees a broad foundation in business law as well as training in a number of other subjects which an employee at Synch encounter on a daily basis. In addition to the general training programme specialist training is also provided on individual basis. -
SynchHealth
Work needs to be more than just work and having fun together builds a strong team and we understand the importance of physical and mental well-being and offer additional services to help our employees remain in good physical and mental health. Some of these services include a quarterly activity promoting health, biweekly massages, and education and personal coaching to assist our employees in reaching their personal goals. All employees are fully covered by health insurance. We also offer all employees to contribute to the society by giving blood donations during working hours.
